Check-in at Casa Las Ruinas begins at 4:00 PM and is available anytime thereafter. Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM. The minimum age required to check in is 21 years old. This property does not have a front desk, and all check-ins are contactless. Guests will receive an email within two weeks prior to arrival containing detailed check-in instructions, key retrieval information, and access details for the private entrance. Prior to arrival, guests must complete an online registration process through a secure link and provide a valid government-issued photo ID after booking.

A refundable damage deposit of USD 100 is required before check-in and may be used to cover incidental damages or violations of house rules. All applicable taxes and mandatory charges are disclosed at the time of booking. Casa Las Ruinas operates as a cashless property and accepts credit cards only; cash payments are not accepted. A valid credit card and government-issued identification may be required at check-in for verification and incidental charges.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to preserve a peaceful environment for all guests. Parties, events, or group gatherings are not permitted on the property at any time. Only registered guests are allowed inside the guestrooms, and extra-person charges may apply depending on the reservation. Noise-free accommodations cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the property.

Pets are permitted at Casa Las Ruinas at no additional charge; however, only dogs are allowed. Service animals are always welcome and exempt from any restrictions. Children are welcome; however, the property does not provide cribs or rollaway beds. Certain outdoor areas such as balconies, patios, and terraces may not be suitable for children, and guests with safety concerns are encouraged to contact the property prior to arrival to ensure appropriate accommodations.

Casa Las Ruinas is a multi-level property and does not have elevators. Guests should be aware of stairs and uneven surfaces. Safety features include fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, first aid kits, and outdoor lighting. Guests acknowledge that the property includes outdoor spaces and that supervision of minors is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

Long-term stays are welcome and subject to additional terms communicated at the time of booking. Casa Las Ruinas reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a stay without refund, or charge additional fees in the event of violations of these Terms & Conditions, house rules, or applicable laws.
